If your body has been trying to get your attention through ongoing inflammation, pain, digestive issues, skin conditions or nervous system overwhelm, this is a space to start listening differently.
I work with both adults and children, including neurodiverse clients, supporting a wide range of complex and often overlapping symptoms.
Using Muscle Response Testing, we gently communicate with your body to understand what it truly needs — helping to uncover imbalances, sensitivities, and deeper underlying drivers such as mould exposure, toxin load, and stress patterns held within the system.
Each kinesiology session includes personalised food and sensitivity testing, giving you clear, practical guidance to help reduce inflammation and support your body back towards balance.
My approach is holistic and integrative. Alongside the physical body, we also explore the emotional and energetic layers of healing, allowing for deeper, more lasting change.
I work from a studio in my tranquil garden, creating a calm, nurturing space for those seeking answers to long-standing health concerns.
Gentle and non-invasive, this work is suitable for adults, children, and newborn.
My Story
Having lived with a chronic health condition all my life I specialise in supporting women with complex, often misunderstood conditions such as mast cell activation, chronic inflammation, digestive issues, and persistent fatigue.
