Each kinesiology session includes personalised food and sensitivity testing, giving you clear, practical guidance to help reduce inflammation and support your body back towards balance.
My approach is holistic and integrative. Alongside the physical body, we also explore the emotional and energetic layers of healing, allowing for deeper, more lasting change.
I work from a tranquil studio in my lush garden, creating a calm, nurturing space for those seeking answers to long-standing health concerns.
