How does

it work?

Kinesiology is a non-invasive assessment method used by a variety of manual therapists to evaluate neuromusculoskeletal integrity. It typically only uses one muscle, tested repeatedly, to scan for the presence of target conditions, such as food sensitivities, intolerances or allergies. It also determines which substances can aid recovery and are beneficial for the body.

Kinesiology assesses the neurological response to foods and substances. This allows it to acknowledge food sensitivities and intolerances as well as allergies, which otherwise could not be detected through common immunological tests such as blood, prick or patch testing.

Many of today’s health problems have been known to respond well to Kinesiology.

These include:-

  • Digestive disorders

  • Eating disorders

  • Cardiovascular health problems

  • Eczema and other skin complaints

  • ME, chronic fatigue and exhaustion

  • Arthritis and other joint problems

  • Hormonal imbalances
